1. Reservation: Confirmation of stay requires a $50.00 deposit per room at the time of booking.

2. Cancellations: Two weeks prior to arrival: Full refund of deposit, or you can let us keep it for future reservations. Less than two weeks, if we can rebook, half of the deposit is refunded. If we can’t rebook,  we will charge for one night. With only 72 hours to the arrival,  we will charge the full amount of the stay. So PLEASE cancel early.

3. Minimum Stay: Two nights minimum stay on weekends only for Da Vinci and Brunelleschi in the peak-season.

4. Payment: Cash, VISA, MasterCard, Traveller’s Cheques.
