1. Reservation: Confirmation of stay requires a $50.00 deposit per room for stays until 2 nights or $75.00 for more then 2 nights at the time of booking.

2. For any cancellation we will charge $25.00 fees.

3. Less then 2 weeks, if we can rebook, the deposit is refund less the $25 fees. If we cannot rebook, we will charge for one night. With only 48 hours to arrival, we will charge the full amount of the stay.

4. Payment: Cash, VISA, MasterCard, Traveller’s Cheques.

The rates do not include 13% Tax.Rates are in canadian dollars, per night, per room, for two people and include the four course italian breakfast.  Third-person bed available for Da Vinci room @ $35.00 per night.
